• এয়্যার টিকেটিং পোর্টালে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
• গ্যালিলিও ও সাবরে সম্পর্কে জানতে হবে।
• রিজার্ভেশন এবং গ্রাহকদের এয়ারলাইন টিকিট প্রদান করা।
• এয়ারলাইন এর প্রচারমূলক অফার সম্পর্কে আপডেট জ্ঞান রাখা।
• ব্যবসার প্রচার ও বিপণন।
