Job Responsibilities

• Responsible air conditioning technicians install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioner.
• Carries out preventive maintenance of Air Conditioning equipment and systems.
• Carries out routine checks and logs of the status of Air Conditioning equipment.
• Requisitions for materials required for the smooth operation of the Air Conditioning equipment.
• Install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.
• Assist in verification of Air Conditioning spares purchased/Supplied.
• Trouble shoot Air Conditioning equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on Air Conditioning equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units.
• Make recommendations to replace equipment if expected cost to repair exceeds possible replacement cost.
• Perform regular cleaning of the equipment.
• AC indoor/Outdoor down servicing.
• Faulty compressor identification.
• Gas leakage repairing and Vacuum cleaning.
• Ceiling, split, window, cassata, and VRF AC repairing experience, Chiller repairing
• Air conditioner cleaning, adjusting, repairing, and performing warranty services.

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  AC Repairing, Air Conditioning

Additional Requirements

• Age 28 to 40 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Familiar with the local AC market, including but not limited to market needs, price ranges of different types of AC and installation materials.
• Excellent time management skills can finish assigned tasks on time with satisfactory results.
