Job Context

  • Caben Asia Pacific Ltd, Liaison Office Bangladesh is sourcing textile, readymade garments and footwear from manufacturer in Bangladesh. Caben Asia Pacific Ltd. incorporation Hong Kong is a subsidiary company of Artsana S.p.A. Italy, operating in Bangladesh since quite long period.

Job Responsibilities

  • To prepare monthly statement of petty cash transaction and cash handling.
  • To check conveyance report of all staffs and submit to Finance department
  • To check monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statement, Receipts & Payment accounts, Trail balance, Bank Reconciliation etc.
  • Optimize daily office organization and ensure administrative tasks are correctly performed in due times.
  • To issue office announcements/notices.
  • Supervise the stocks of stationary and re order to maintain stock. Supervise Fixed Assets. Negotiate the best rate with service providers or vendors.
  • Managing of companies Vat and Tax related tasks.
  • Monitoring monthly TDS/VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit amount of the Govt. exchequer, monthly Tax statement and annual tax return submit.
  • Prepare annual budget, quarterly budget to meet up all expenses.
  • Ensure payment in due time of bills related to the office.
  • To record all necessary documents to assist external Auditor.
  • Communicate to Government and non-Government office for official purposes.
  • To provide necessary documents and feedback to consultant BCS /Deloitte office.
  • To contact with HSBC bank for banking purposes and provide documents as per their requirements.
  • To prepare letter for bank, customs or other govt organization.
  • To prepare deed agreement for rental contract and renewal before end of contract.
  • To take quotation from different vendors, take approval and give work order for fixed assets procurement.
  • To deal with C&F agent, FedEx for courier customs related issues.
  • Organize travel and lodging/ hotel reservation arrangements for office staffs and foreign visitors.
  • To keep track staff’s attendance and leaves record and covid report and OT report.
  • To provide necessary management reports to corporate HR.
  • Any other job assigned by the top management

Educational Requirements

  • These should be the minimum requirements MBA or Masters in Accounting from any public or reputed private University.

Additional Requirements

  • Must have work experience in same job description in Liaison office.
