Job Responsibilities

  • Checking all kinds of bills & vouchers.
  • Collect due payment from Suppliers.
  • Daily banking activities as per schedule.
  • Maintain daily manual cash book and transfer to ledger.
  • Making payments to vendors for goods and services timely.
  • Preparing monthly purchase, inventory, and cash flow statements.
  • Preparing daily expenditure summary sheet and cash denomination sheet.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions as needed.
  • Generate various finance and accounting related reports.
  • Maintain a petty cash fund for disbursements and keep proper records and keep department property ledger up to date.
  • Updating the Accounts in software on a regular basis.
  • Well documentation of all accounting and financial papers.
  • Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.

Educational Requirements

  • MBA, BBA, MA, Degree (MBS) in Accounting (Also Experience main focus)

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 38 years

  • English communication skill
  • Having willingness to take new responsibility
  • Must have computer knowledge (MS Office, Specially MS Excel)
  • Able to work as a team
  • Also need a Govt. Service holder granter for reference.
