Job Context

    Terms of Reference An Accounting Officer, your duties and responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, verifying accounts payable and receivable, preparing the budget as well as financial reports and ensuring compliance with accounting transactions and many more. S/he should have the ability to maintain account information confidentiality

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain petty cash, cash book, ledger book, all records and registers.
  • Posting the vouchers in the system with supporting report & bank statements.
  • Check daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisition and daily transaction.
  • Prepare day to day various types activity reports as per demand of management.
  • Cross check the payment with bills and ensure the nature of expense
  • Petty cash payment and keeping record & Report.
  • Maintain receipts and Payment Vouchers accurately
  • Financial Reporting like receipt and payment statement, and fund flow statement.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements and conducting banking related tasks, Bank account operate and maintain all bank transactions
  • Going to the bank & other govt. departments for related works.
  • Maintain relationships with different vendors.
  • Prepare and checking monthly salary, bonus, OT and increment sheet preparation.
  • Prepare and record of fixed Asset items of the company and update it from time to time
  • Perform VAT and TAX related matters of the company
  • Any kind of task assigned by the Management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in accounting
  • CA /ACCA part qualified are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills Required: Accounts

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Top Audit Firm experience would be added advantage.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Accounts and audit, Accounts Software, Corporate Accounts, Finance/ Accounts
  • Knowledge on Tally ERP is a must.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office, especially in MS Excel, Internet.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in both English and Bangla
