Job Responsibilities
- Maintain documentation in Personal File and others related with HR Department.
- Preparation / Issue office note, office order & circular.
- Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work.
- Improve Employees/workers and management relationship and ensuring comfortable environment at workplace.
- Conduct analysis on absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce them.
- Execute day to day Admin related activities like monitoring attendance and leaves and make monthly report for management.

- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, Factory HR Operations
