    We are looking for a dynamic talent in the field of Factory Administration in our HR, Admin & Compliance department.



Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain documentation in Personal File and others related with HR Department.
  • Preparation / Issue office note, office order & circular.
  • Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work.
  • Improve Employees/workers and management relationship and ensuring comfortable environment at workplace.
  • Conduct analysis on absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce them.
  • Execute day to day Admin related activities like monitoring attendance and leaves and make monthly report for management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, Factory HR Operations
