Job Responsibilities
To be responsible for handling & monitoring company Accounts & Finances,
Auditing & Budgeting activities.
To manage all financial activities in compliance with accounting standards.
To review, manage and structure the company’s financial and management reporting systems and streamline processes to provide management with relevant and timely financial information. To provide strategic and financial advice for the business.
To Co-ordinate and prepare annual budgets, including operating, and capital expenditure budgets monthly financial and management reports, and perform variance analysis. Company affairs with RJSC
To manage company funds investment to achieve the target annual return.
To arrange for trade financing, responsible for overall funds flow requirements of the company, and investment opportunities.
To manage Income Tax, and VAT with the concerned authority

From any Public or Reputed Private University. (CA/CMA fully qualified candidates will be given preference – minimum CA Course Completed is a must)
