Job Context

    Responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to Sales, evaluating and predicting sales trends with the objective of helping the sales & marketing force optimize their promotional strategies. Main responsibilities include using sales prediction software, preparing detailed sales reports, and making informed suggestions on how to improve a company`s profitability. Chief Analyst-Sales & Marketing needs to take into consideration the prevailing economic conditions that may affect the organization`s ability to sell its products or services in the marketplace and to be able to predict market trends, on which the company bases its sales strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data
  • Collating necessary data and performing financial, volume, and competitive analysis.
  • Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
  • Developing methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data.
  • Closely studying and analyzing past sales data to determine trends in productivity
  • Analyzing related data and providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams
  • Developing quotas for the Sales team, evaluating their performance on the basis of this quota, and forecasting sales
  • Reviewing shopping and purchase trends of the company’s consumer base and target demographic; Performing market research within industry trends related to the company’s business
  • Reviewing shopping and purchase trends of the company’s consumer base and target demographic
  • Suggesting adjustments and revisions to current sales techniques and promotional strategies to improve sales and profitability based on market research and new trends
  • Acting as a consultant for the company’s marketing strategies, assisting in the design of promotional material when required
  • Preparing and leading informational meetings for staff in order to explain sales trends and new marketing strategies
  • Providing suggestions for budget rearrangement and reallocation of funds to save money
  • Sourcing, analyzing necessary data to perform feasibility analysis of new business opportunities Deliver agreed reports and ad-hoc analysis. Partner in elements like revenue optimization programs, pricing evolution, account monitoring, sales force effectiveness, incentives, and resource allocations.
  • Play an essential role in manpower planning (Sales), job allocation, ensuring the right people at the right place, office discipline etc.
  • Advising on the hiring and /or termination of members of the staff, as needed
  • Contribute to achieve financial objectives (Sales, Profit and Cash Flow) through financial analysis and operational decision-making
  • Collate and challenge sales and cost planning – Strategic Planning, Target Setting and Latest Outlook
  • Performance evaluation of sales team weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly;
  • Tracking individual salesperson performance as per AOP
  • Monitor RCU Business in context with Bangladesh real estate business trends and timely (weekly, monthly, quarterly) report to the management.
  • Analysis of the businesses including external environment to support sales growth and improve / protect profitability
  • Involvement in the development of the company’s long term planning that identifies new business opportunities, markets and partners.

Experience Requirements

    Business Analyst, Costing, Financial Analysis, Strategic Planning
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Developer, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 29 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Strong communication, leadership, consulting, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Expert knowledge in building different financial models in order to evaluate various financial plans
  • Experience and knowledge of international fund flows
  • Demonstrable understanding of business needs, quick adaptation to change management, problem solving mindset, strong analytical and strategic thinking
