Job Responsibilities
- To prepare draft Agenda, Notice and Minutes of the Board meeting and different Meetings of all Committees of Board of Directors and AGM/EGM of Shareholders.
- To prepare files for the Board and its Committee Meetings and distribute the same among the Directors.
- To prepare extract of different meeting Minutes and circulate the same among the concerned divisions.
- To assist the Company Secretary to discharge his responsibilities of Board and Share related affairs as per Companies Act’ 1994, Bank Company Act’ 1991, Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Bank and other prevailing rules and regulations under his supervision.

Educational Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Chartered Secretary (CS) partly qualified will be treated as extra qualification.
Experience Requirements
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 35 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Minimum 2 years (1 year in Board Division)
- Candidate who can demonstrate extra-ordinary competency for the circulated position may be exempted from the specific experience
- Excellent communication skill, both written and oral is mandatory.
- Minimum 02 years’ service in Bank/NBFI including 01-year work experience in Board Division.
- Sound knowledge in information technology.
- Capable to maintain accuracy and follow all appropriate processes and procedures at all times in the related fields.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Proficiency in both Bengali and English, written and spoken, is essential.
