Job Context

A shariah based commercial bank is looking for a dynamic individual for Human Resources Department.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle all types of employee related Disciplinary Issues.
• Arrange In-House & External Training.
• To provide different reports to Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory authorities.
• Assist in preparing monthly activities report.
• Amend HR Policy & Code of Conduct as required time to time.
• Coordinate to other HR operational matters.
• Assist in performance appraisal management process
• Keep the personal file & HRIS update
• Assist for Work Permit & Visa related work for Top Foreign Management.

Educational Requirements

• Master’s in Business, Bank Management, Law or any relevant subjects from a reputed University with no third division in academic records.
• MBA (major in Human Resources) from reputed University will be preferable.

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 40 years
• Candidates must have minimum 03 years’ experience in HR department of any Bank/NBFI.
• Must have practical knowledge to handle disciplinary issue of employees.
• Candidate must have knowledge on Labor Law
• Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent personality with positive approach/attitude
• Excellent capability in operating computer applications.
• Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
• Must be fluent in English (speaking and writing)
