Job Responsibilities

• Prepare Architectural and Interior Design Concept with Detail Working drawing.
• Proper Construction Drawing & Specification Preparation
• Graphical representation skill.
• Basic 3D visualization and rendering skill.
• Periodic supervision of ongoing work.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Can work under pressure.
• Rajuk / CDA Drawings preparation.
• Skilled in Auto Cad 2D, Sketch Up, Lumion and Photoshop
• Need to have good design flair.
• Must be disciplined & organized.
• Any other duties assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture from IAB accredited Universities

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 7 year(s)

• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Design, Planning, Construction Drawing Preparation, Project Management, Interior Design
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Consultancy Firm, Developer Company, Interior Design Firm
• Expertise in Detail Drawing, Estimate & Site Visit.
• Attend Client Meeting.
• Any other duties assigned by the Management.
• Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill.
• Software Knowledge
