Our company is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect at our firm, you will play a critical role in shaping the built environment through innovative design and planning. You will work on a wide range of projects, from residential and commercial buildings to public infrastructure and urban planning

Job Responsibilities

• Conceptual Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into creative and functional architectural concepts.
• Design Development: Develop detailed architectural plans and blueprints, ensuring they meet all regulatory and safety standards.
• Project Management: Oversee and manage projects from conception to completion, including coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Technical Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns or changes.
• Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the highest standards in design and construction.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including interior designers, landscape architects, and structural engineers, to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Exterior and Interior Design
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture form any reputed university.
• Skills Required: 3D modeling and rendering, AutoCAD Architecture, Enscape in Sketchup Mandatory, Interior Designing Detailing of Layout plans, LUMION

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  3D modeling and rendering, Architecture firm, AutoCAD Architecture, Enscape in Sketchup Mandatory, Interior and exterior Design
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms, Interior Design

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Proven experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills.
