Job Responsibilities

• Should have basic knowledge about the poultry and dairy market and connection with potential prescribers and users of the concern area.
• Achieve sales targets through promoting products to the veterinary professionals and firms and maintaining the connection with the potential practitioners of the concerned area.
• Guide and monitor sales team to achieve sales targets besides planning and executing sales targets for all products of the company.
• Follow up daily sales and report the situation to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
• Market survey and reporting to the Management.
• To visit doctor/consultant on regular basis for generating prescriptions.
• Credit control and monitoring.
• Technical support to the customers as well as sales forces.
• Organize the Doctors Group Meeting (DGM) and Farmer’s Group Meeting (FGM) in assigned area.
• High level of initiative and proactive attitude to work in a team environment.
• Work with confidence and motivation to achieve the monthly and annual targets with commitment.

Educational Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Or Master`s degree in any discipline with experience in similar field.

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Controlling, Guiding field staff in achieving their sales and collection target

Additional Requirements

• Age 35 to 40 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Willing to work anytime and anywhere in Bangladesh.
• Smart, confident and excellent communication skills.
