Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to monitor and direction of sales department. And look forward to sales, collection and dues according to Budget.
• Responsible for properly generate prescription through doctor.
• Responsible to increase sales & collection every month and analysis growth rate.
• Responsible to monitor all field force activities and implement all circulation and company policy.
• Responsible to solve all kind of problems in the market.
• Responsible to visit doctors, chemist and khamar/Farms vigorously.
• Responsible to make time to time product and marketing strategy to improve sales & Collection.
• Responsible to take report everyday from field force of their daily activities and give them direction accordingly.
• Responsible to prepare monthly product wise sales target and submit to management one month advance.
• To prepare monthly budget of Sales and Marketing Department and submit to management.

Educational Requirements

• At least Masters Degree in any discipline or relevant field.

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Only males are allowed to apply
• At least 3-4 years Experience in equivalent post.
• Excellent communication skill in Bangla and English.
• Must have computer knowledge (MS word, MS excel & power point).
