Job Context

This role is responsible for acquiring deposit business and providing high level of services directly to a number of corporate clients across a wide range of products and services. This role also requires expertise on Payment & Collections Solutions, Capital Market, Custodial businesses.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire liability business opportunities mainly focusing on Public sector Clients and other Private sector clients who require Cash Management Solutions.
• Improve portfolio profitability by offering collection & payment solutions and interest and non-interest bearing transactional accounts and term deposits.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationship with all existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and increase wallet share while maintaining existing funds at low cost.
• Visit clients on a weekly/bi-weekly basis in order to identify growing needs of the clients and enhance relationship with clients.
• Develop new products and solutions that are attractive to both existing and new to bank clients.

• At least 4 years of relevant work-experience with knowledge of local corporate markets, capital market and custodial services
• Strong understanding of balance sheet management, financial ratios and relevant rules and regulations, Cash Management Collection Support Systems
• Adequate knowledge about financial markets products and services
