Jamco Agro Ltd. is inviting applications from Bangladeshi nationals for the position of Professional Assistant Chef (Pastry & Bakery )for its newly started Pastry & Bakery Brand.
Job Responsibilities
Assist to Chef all day-to-day operations of the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen.
Prepare a wide variety of items such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. using traditional and modern recipes.
Introduce new and exciting dessert items as per chef instruction
Help Chef to decorate all desserts using different types of icings, toppings etc. and ensure the food presentation will be beautiful and exciting.
Ensure excellent quality, proper handling and right temperature of all food products.
Coordinates with co-workers engaged in food preparation.
Ensure necessary compliance in respect of food hygiene and Health and Safety standard and must meeting local standards like BSTI etc.
Perform any other tasks as assigned from Management time to time

Age 25 to 35 years
Only males are allowed to apply
Minimum 2 years practical working experience in Baking Industry.
Creative ability with artistic skill in decorating cakes and other desserts.
In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles of food preparation and nutrition.
Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, when necessary.
Capable of working in a fast-paced, production environment
