To produce accurate & timely report on financial information.
To assist Dept. Head, as well as Secretary & CEO to raise fund for respective field.
To maintain baking relationship and execute overall Banking activities (Internal and External) and save the banking related all documents such as Cheque book, Deposit slip and others etc. of the Institute;
To reconcile of Bank Statement, as well as statement of mobile financial services.
Assist the Head of Dept. in implementing all of the operations/ activities related to Government Budget and Govt. Grant Cheque receiving. Then ensuring deposit of cheque to Bank properly;
To support for preparing the financial section of the annual report;
To Support for preparing the financial Statement for quarterly and Annually basis;
Responsible for all activities associated with accounting functions which include general accounting operation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury management & investments etc.
To maintain VAT and Tax deduction and ensure deposit the same to the bank and subsequently submitting Chalan copy to concerned Government office;
To maintain all Cash with Petty Cash of the Institute;
To Prepare all Vouchers including related documents (Debit, Credit and Journal) of the Institute and ensure, accordingly signature by the authority;
Daily cash and Cheque receiving from the Members, Students and other 3rd parties, Ensure the Cheque deposit to the Bank maintained by the Institute;
To support the External Auditors for conducting their activities;
To Support for preparing the payroll function of the institute;
To Maintain the purchase related documents of the institute;
To update the register of the ACS (Associate Chartered Secretaries) and FCS (Fellow Chartered Secretaries)
To pay building rent, utility bill of the main branch and other premises of ICSB.
To safely preserve the departmental and official activities, files as well as previous activities, files and vouchers.
To assist to complete day to day administrative task.
To oversee to prepare room for class, program etc.

To update the register of the ACS (Associate Chartered Secretaries) and FCS (Fellow Chartered Secretaries)
To assist to organize training, workshop etc.
To support to organize the CPD, Workshop, CGEA, Convention, Convocation, Conference etc. of the Institute.
To safely preserve the departmental and official activities, files as well as previous activities, files and vouchers.
Any assignment as and when given by the authority. Any other work or responsibilities as and when required as per instruction of the higher Authorities.

Masters or 4 Years Graduation in Finance/ Accounting with excellent academic career.
Skills Required: Communication skill in English and Bangla, Computer skill

Additional Requirements
Age at most 40 years
•Minimum 02 years’ experience in Finance/ Accounts Management/ Control or Chartered Secretary or Finance/ Accounts related professional qualification.
