Job Responsibilities

• Supervising all kinds of civil and finishing works and ensuring conformance to design specifications and safety standards following the construction checklist.
• Maintaining coordination of different activities of the construction projects with all the relevant departments to ensure smooth operation and capability of solving all technical problems at the project.
• Preparing project documentation, e-mail communication and periodical reporting to the concerned authority on time.
• Checking contractor’s bill, preparing BOQ, scheduling the project in logical steps and preparing the budget & time required to meet the deadline.
• Quality control, cost control and time management with ensure safety, security and cleanness.
• Participate in project meetings with site engineers, sub-contractors, and other engineering-related personnel.
• Raise purchase requisition & follow-up with Supply Chain Management Dept. (SCM) for materials after proper estimation.
• Prepare progress report of the project with photographs & email to top management.
• Interpret and incorporate approval comments, design changes and other revision
• Provide support for smooth operation of the department with an emphasis on work program.
• Monitor, control and utilization of site materials and worker activities.
• Any other task assigned by the management.

• B.Sc in Civil Engineering
• Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D, Civil Engineering, Construction engineering, Forecasting

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  BOQ, Civil Construction, Project Management
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Group of Companies, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 22 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Strong Mathematical, analytical and problem-solving Skills.
• Good communication Skills with multi-tasking ability.
