    Location: All positions are based in Chattogram, Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead HR processes and initiatives in areas of Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance management, and Compensation & Benefits;
  • Implement effective performance management process;
  • Develop and implement HR Policies & procedures for the upcoming organization;
  • Training Needs Assessment and organize employee training programs as per ed;
  • Conduct manpower planning and forecast in line with business growth;
  • Prepare budgets for HR and ensure proper management of the same;
  • Maintaining personnel files and ensure proper maintenance of all employee database in HR software;
  • Manage employee’s grievances and other personnel-related issues;
  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by Management.

Educational Requirements

  • Masters/MBA in HRM from a reputed University/Institute;

Experience Requirements

  • 8 to 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 45 years
  • Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience with reputed organizations;
  • Should have sound knowledge of General HR, HR Operations, HR Policies & Practices;
  • In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, Provident Fund, Gratuity rules etc;
  • Must be able to work with (ERP) HRIS Software and Microsoft Office Tools.
