Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
  • Ensure Petty cash fund management & preparation of vendors’ payment advice & Cheque.
  • Maintaining of all receipts and disbursements.
  • Maintaining of the payroll, including payroll tax returns.
  • Handling external audits.
  • Maintaining of document & record keeping in accounting systems.
  • Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met following the IFRS.
  • Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle Statutory and Government/Autonomous organization’s inspection as and when required.
  • Ensure that Tax & VAT related woks are carried out appropriately and timely.
  • Ensure statutory liabilities and timely renewal of Trade License, IRC/ERC, different related Tax etc.
  • Provide all required administrative and general support to Admin & Accounts department as per the instruction of Managing Director.
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Deal with vendors/service providers.
  • To provide supplies – by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen; and to establish policies, procedures, and work schedules.
  • Initiating & Monitoring general office maintenance like, housekeeping, pest control, hygiene, electrical and mechanical, sanitary and plumbing, space management, minor repairs (Carpentry, masonry, furniture, painting etc.).
  • Official Vehicle Maintenance and Monitoring.
  • Ticketing & Visa Processing for the Staff.
  • General office administration and attendance of personnel.
  • Maintaining hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Procurement and maintenance of office equipment/furniture/fixtures, to ensure their service ability.
  • Maintaining Proper record of company assets.
  • Other duties as assigned, time to time, by Managing Director.

Educational Requirements

  • Masters in Accounting or, Finance from reputed public university.
  • MBA will be preferable.

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Maximum 30 Years [Age limit may be relaxed for deserving candidates]
  • 3-5 Years in reputed multinational/local company.
  • Age limit may be relaxed for deserving candidates.
  • Ability to communicate in English orally or in written form effectively with Management & Customers.
