Conduct the day-to-day hub operation activities effectively and efficiently
Manage and oversee the process of receiving, storing and labeling of products accurately
Ensure proper picking & sorting as per outlets requirement and deliver as per given schedule
Plan and organize manpower, assign tasks appropriately and ensure timely achievement of tasks
Maintain product requisition from outlets as per delivery schedule, reconcile through maintaining data storage system (ERP) and ensure on-time product picking
Ensure effective distribution planning, manage FIFO/ LIFO process, monitor aging stocks, inventory accuracy, product stock control, and packaging of products for delivery
Prepare annual budget (OPEX, CAPEX, AOP), and achieve the financial objectives by ensuring proper logistics support and asset management.
Receive feedback from outlets and other stakeholders attentively and monitor the quality of providing services

Additional Requirements
3-5 year of relevant work experience (preferably in Warehouse/Store Management or Supply Chain Management)
Good understanding of supply chain management and standard inventory management systems
Expertise in computer operations and report preparing
Analytical ability along with communication and negotiation skills
Excellent administrative & organizational skills with professionalism
Strong analytical skills and quick decision-making capability
