Job Responsibilities

• Conduct the day-to-day hub operation activities effectively and efficiently
• Manage and oversee the process of receiving, storing and labeling of products accurately
• Ensure proper picking & sorting as per outlets requirement and deliver as per given schedule
• Plan and organize manpower, assign tasks appropriately and ensure timely achievement of tasks
• Maintain product requisition from outlets as per delivery schedule, reconcile through maintaining data storage system (ERP) and ensure on-time product picking
• Ensure effective distribution planning, manage FIFO/ LIFO process, monitor aging stocks, inventory accuracy, product stock control, and packaging of products for delivery
• Prepare annual budget (OPEX, CAPEX, AOP), and achieve the financial objectives by ensuring proper logistics support and asset management.
• Receive feedback from outlets and other stakeholders attentively and monitor the quality of providing services

Educational Requirements

• A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• 3-5 year of relevant work experience (preferably in Warehouse/Store Management or Supply Chain Management)
• Good understanding of supply chain management and standard inventory management systems
• Expertise in computer operations and report preparing
• Analytical ability along with communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent administrative & organizational skills with professionalism
• Strong analytical skills and quick decision-making capability
• Excellent communication, leadership and management skills
