Job Responsibilities

  • Proactive communication with clients to complete their apartment and commercial space registration.
  • Coordination with Logistics department regarding registration readiness of completed projects.
  • Periodical coordination with Legal and Logistics to update project documentation.
  • Resolve customer issues via phone or face-to-face and constantly follow up with clients regarding pending issues
  • Prepare list of signed TPA (Project Wise) with lending companies and hand over property documents accordingly.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly, monthly and fortnightly action plans and review weekly.
  • Maintain proactive communication with all internal and external customers
  • record all discussions and give feedback within time as per CS Manual.
  • Prepare and maintain self-priority matrix, daily action plans and maintain all communication as per the set calendar.
  • Regular attendance in morning meetings and display seven habits in action.
  • Be well groomed, well-mannered and show other customer service attributes

  • Bachelors/Masters in any discipline from any reputed public and private university

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
