Prepare a contingency plan to prevent and cope with credit risk and other related operational risks to ensure good quality loan portfolios.
Develop and implement an effective and efficient credit approval process that properly addresses client character, capacity.
Recover overdue from case dealers
Ensure reinforcement activities like (sending reminder letter to default customers, phone call monitoring.)
Reinforce against overdue customers and ensure the legal procedures for recovery against most problematic customers.
Work with operations and marketing team & sales team to analyze competitive environment.
Conduct regularly scheduled field visit, follow-up dealers, report to operation manager present status.
Analyze delinquent accounts and prepare report on highest risk including recommendations for solutions.
Ensure quality assessment & proper documentation of credit sales
Monitor & visit credit customer’s regular basis.
Undertake detail analysis & write reports on existing customers with an objective to make effective decisions on renewal/ extensions or withdrawals of credit facilities.
