Job Responsibilities

• Study and collect land related information and necessary documents from landowners, media and others
• Visit locations of potential lands and crosscheck with the collected information
• Exercise the feasibility of the land and prepare efficient proposal
• Continuous follow-up with the potential and prospective landowners for joint venture project
• Negotiate with land owners regarding Deed of Agreement (DOA), Power of Attorney (POA) etc.
• Coordinate with architect and logistics department for necessary requirements of land acquisition
• Prepare draft budget for new and existing land owners’ payment

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Land Acquisition, Land Development, Land Procurement
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Real Estate

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 26 years
• Understanding of area and potential customers
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Excellent salesmanship
• Result oriented
• Ability to learn fast and deliver
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
