Job Context

    Work Station: Factory: Bhaluka, Mymensingh

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR, Admin & Compliance related activities of factory premises to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain effective industrial relations and ensure employees’ Welfare, Health & Safety.
  • Look after Security of Man & Material and Environmental Sustainability of the factory.
  • Ensure required compliance in the factory premises as per buyer’s code of conduct.
  • Maintain effective public relations and liaison with regulatory bodies, local administrations of the government, law enforcement.
  • Responsible for all aspects relating to smooth functioning of inventory, production management, quality assurance, research and development, engineering and providing constructive feedback regarding their performance.

Educational Requirements

  • Honors and Masters in HRM/Management/Public Administration from any Public or Reputed Private University.
  • PGD in HRM will add preference.

Experience Requirements

  • 8 to 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 45 years
  • 8-10 years in relevant field is required in any reputed and compliance based Woven Fabric Manufacturing or, Garments Factory.
