Job Description



Job Context

    Assist Human Resources Manager to provides a professional Human Resources support to the Management team and the staff.

Job Responsibilities

  • Payroll:
  • Manage the Monthly payroll accurately for all Full Time Employees (FTEs).
  • Income Tax:
  • Pre assess the monthly deductible income tax and deduct accordingly
  • Interface with Finance to deposit the deducted income tax quarterly
  • Provide yearly income statement to those employees from whom tax has been deducted.
  • Performance Appraisal:
  • Coordinate annual performance appraisal (PA) process
  • Consolidate PA data as per PA consolidation format including training needs.
  • HR Matrices:
  • Prepare Annual Headcount Planning & Budgeting,
  • HR Business Data Analysis.
  • Others:
  • Support HR Manager in calculating Profit Bonus (PRB)
  • Prepare severance pack, including financial calculations, etc Prepare a monthly head-count report in due consultation with HR Manager and send it to Finance accordingly.
  • Support HR Manager in finalizing succession planning

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Post-Graduation Diploma in HRM
