Job Context

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist Line Manager with Operational Risk related issues in the field of different business lines/units and continuously monitor and suggest ways to mitigate the risks. The role is also responsible to assist in timely reporting to Regulatory Bodies and Internal Management on Operational Risk.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist business lines/units to complete their own risk self-assessment; to assess current control structures.
• Ensure review and challenges process on risk identification and control assessment periodically.
• Provide the support to identify risks for new financial products/processes/systems from the operational risk management purview.
• Assist in preparing a yearly plan to arrange awareness sessions for pan Bank.
• Provide and supervise periodic reporting to regulatory body.

Educational Requirements

• 4 years of graduation/Masters from a reputed university

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in relevant field
• Risk specialized certification e.g. FRM, CERM will be given preference
• Understanding of banking laws and knowledge of risk management
• Prior experience in implementation of ORM related project will be given preference
