Job Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% product quality to maintain on time shipment;
• Monitor & ensure quality products as per buyer/customer’s requirements;
• Maintain adequate & effective procedures for monitoring & measurement of products quality;
• Review & ensure that monitoring & measurement procedures are followed as per buyer requirement & our QA Manual;
• Participate to PP meeting to identify the risk of all new styles;
• Work with PP team to make sure all quality issues were addressed before line start;
• Conduct style review meeting with sewing line team;
• Review first output against the sample & technical file including measurements.
• Finalize the critical operation, quality points and ensure explanation to Quality Inspectors & Quality Supervisors;
• Ensure First In line after minimum 100pcs output;
• Monitor the DHU report to identify the continued defects and work with respective production team to get it correct;
• Work with respective cross functional teams on corrective actions if any failures found in any processes;
• Inform senior officials if any discrepancies happen to get immediate action;
• Discuss buying office Inline inspection findings with cross functional teams to get the corrective actions;
• Finalize the critical operation, quality points and ensure explanation to Quality Inspectors & Quality Supervisors;
• Perform problem solving & continuous improvement session weekly with the Team members;
• Perform daily GEMBA walk & conduct process audit.
• Report any process deviation and take corrective action with team.
• Lead, motivate, train and appraise subordinates to accomplish business goal;
• Ensure compliance with Epyllion Group policies, Buyer requirements and laws of the Land;
• Ensure Functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process (Monthly touch base);
• Drive KAIZAN culture;
• Maintain required MIS report. (Management Information System).

• B.Sc in AMT/GMT from any reputed University or
• Masters/Graduate in any discipline from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements

• At least 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Buyer Handling, Quality Control Management, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Management System
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 30 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• The incumbent should have at least 2 years of work experience in quality assurance with a large knit garments industry.
• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
• Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
