Provide day-to-day support on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational development
Partner with Talent Management, Policy, Payroll and Compensation and Benefits functions as needed to provide solutions
Assessment of the employees’ needs by means of different elevation methods and techniques
Work across teams to ensure HR objectives are met
Keep up to date with HR updates potentially affecting Academic and Admin staff
Participate in HR related projects and provide appropriate HR support to the team
Work for improvement of salary, benefit and bonus systems
Participate in various projects focused on continuous improvement
Preparation of regular analysis, reports and presentations

Additional Requirements
2-3 years of professional experience in Compensation and Benefits
Good market knowledge and excellent skill in data management
Should have good communication skill especially in writing
Ability to work effectively in a diverse community and meet the needs of diverse groups
Strong organizational and planning skills
Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding work hour
