Job Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational development
  • Partner with Talent Management, Policy, Payroll and Compensation and Benefits functions as needed to provide solutions
  • Assessment of the employees’ needs by means of different elevation methods and techniques
  • Work across teams to ensure HR objectives are met
  • Keep up to date with HR updates potentially affecting Academic and Admin staff
  • Participate in HR related projects and provide appropriate HR support to the team
  • Work for improvement of salary, benefit and bonus systems
  • Participate in various projects focused on continuous improvement
  • Preparation of regular analysis, reports and presentations

  • Graduation or equivalent in Business Administration or relevant field

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in Compensation and Benefits
  • Good market knowledge and excellent skill in data management
  • Should have good communication skill especially in writing
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse community and meet the needs of diverse groups
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding work hour
