Job Responsibilities
Maintaining day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, Legal affairs, Issue office note, office order & circular in respect of HR & Admin & Compliance issues.
Experience as HR Administration and exposure in administration activities.
Manage the administration functions of the company like Security, Housekeeping, Office management & etc.
Manage the staffing process, including workers recruiting, interviewing and hiring.
Maintain and update employee’s personal files, keeping records of employee benefits employment status, performance reviews, disciplinary actions and similar records.
Any other works assigned by Management.

MBA/BBA/ Major in HRM/Management/ From Any reputed University
PGDHRM will be more preferable

1 to 2 year(s)
