Mahideb Jubo Somaj Kallayan Somity (MJSKS) is a non-governmental; non-political and non-profitable community development organization is going to implement SHOUHARDOIII plus & DRR program supported by CARE Bangladesh. The projects will continue to delivery improve gender equitable and resilient food nutrition security, increasing equitable access to income. Projects will achieve crosscutting components of gender, governance and resilience. The projects supports communities to develop their capacity to adapt to climate change and improve their resilience to climate change, as well as supporting communities to reduce their climate change impact, Work with us to protect resources, improving quality of life and raise awareness, while providing people with access to the tools and knowledge to adapt and respond to adverse climatic impacts and adopt sustainable practices in Kurigram.

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing budgeting, budget monitoring and review of project expenses in a regular basis. Responsible to manage donor funds, GAAP, VAT, Tax, USAID rules and regulations, donor’s branding etc. Responsible for procurement for program maintaining standard procedures. Act as custodian to preserve programmatic documents and FF&Es. Facilitation of audit (internal, external, ADS-591 audit of PNGO and OMB A-133 Audit of CARE BD), office management and staff supervision and facilitation procurement issue, as applicable. Prepare financial reports, manage inventory, furniture fixtures & equipment following standard guidelines. Any other tasks assigned by supervisor/ management.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor/Master’s degree in commerce (major in Accounting/Finance or Management); this may be relaxed for the highly experienced candidate. At least 4 years’ relevant working experience in any National/International NGO in resource management (finance and assets) of donor funded project, preferably USAID funded project. Proficiency in computer, Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power point), virtual communication (zoom, teams etc.) And email communication are essential. Good verbal and written communication skills both English and Bengali.

Additional Requirements
Candidate should have a good knowledge on safe guarding (Child Protection, Gender & Anti sexual harassment) issue. Should have valid Motor bike driving license. Monthly gross salary BDT-49,928/-.
Compensation & Other Benefits
1 festival bonus equivalent to 1 month gross salary for each year. 5-10% salary increment (based on gross salary) in each year as per performance appraisal. Other admissible benefit as per MJSKS policy which is mentioned in the project budget.
