Job Responsibilities

• Ensure field and seed standard of seed potato and execute yearly seed potato preservation & distribution plan as per set target.
• Execute field visit, preservation & distribution program by aligning quality, quantity, price, source and time targets.
• Ensure record keeping of temperature, fresh air, and other quality parameter during seed preservation at cold storage as per approved SOP.
• Execute the store management process to retain the quality of seed potato during storing time.
• Provide feedback about the technology adoption, procurement, preservation, distribution, cash realization, and other behavior performance of the storage authority.
• Take necessary arrangements to dispatch the products in time by consulting with the distribution department.
• Capacity building of store operators, skilled laborer, and other relevant through appropriate training and guidance.
• Building strong relationships with DAE, SCA, BADC, internal quality control team, external quality control team, and valued customer and other stakeholders for strengthening program activities.

• 1 to 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years
• 1 to 2 years experience in seed potato production
• Sound technical knowledge
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
