Job Responsibilities
Developing, Implementing and Achieving Sales Targets.
Driving Inquiries through distribution of sales channels.
Optimizing sales through Social Media Platforms.
Increasing Brand Awareness with target markets.
Developing a network of agents and finders.
Recruiting and managing a small sales team in Sylhet and Dhaka.
Organizing of countrywide sales events.
Writing reports.
Dealing with different media agencies.
Training staff and agents on products.

Additional Requirements
5 years’ experience in core sales role.
Proven track record of achievements.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business.
Good Command of English and Bengali.
Experience of Education and or Hospitality Sector would be an advantage.
Good knowledge of local marketing environment.
