Job Context

• Faruq M&E Consultants (FMEC) firm is a reputed MEP design consulting firm (website: www.fmecbd.com) working in industrial sector and is an organizational member of the USGBC. FMEC`s most of the projects are LEED certified.
• We require architect having elaborate knowledge in high rise building design, FAR calculations, preparation of working drawings, sections, RAKUK`s submittal sheet preparations, interior design, rendering, sketch up, photo shop etc. The successful candidate has to work with a team of architects and engineers. Office time is generally 9:00 am to 5:00 pm but may have to work for extended hours if required. Frequent project site visits will be required.

Job Responsibilities

• He/She will be given responsibility to design and supervise young design team comprising architects and engineers
• Preparation of as built drawings of existing buildings
• Preparation of working drawings of new steel and RCC buildings
• Preparation of Plumbing and other building services

• Good knowledge on BNBC-2020, Mohanagar Bidhimala and other relevant local and international relevant Codes.
