Associate Lawyer

Job Description

• Rokon & Associates ( A leading law firm), headed and run by Md. Rukunuzzaman (Rokon), Bar-at-Law (Lincoln`s Inn).
• Litigation & Documentation.
• Job Location: 61 Bijoynagar, Dhaka-1000.
• Workplace: At chamber ( 61 Bijoynagar, Dhaka).
• Drafting/filing cases ( Both Civil & Criminal, Artha Rin, etc)

• Preparing written statement.
• Providing legal opinion and vetting of the property documents.
• Drafting various banking securities documents.
• Providing legal opinion as required by Banks and NBFIs.
• Dealing with the clients and maintain regular monitoring/follow-ups.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor of Law (LLB)/LLM from any reputed university (Must have Bar Council Membership).
