Job Responsibilities

• Manage all projects related to account services;
• Involve with different projects related to accounting services as and when assigned;
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc MIS as and when required;
• Timely execution of projects;
• Should be able to prepare test scripts and perform UAT;
• Active engagement for smooth deployment of automation and upgrade projects;
• Involvement in departmental automation projects;
• Communicate with internal business customers and other support units as required;
• Timely monitor and execution of team work.

Educational Requirements

• Masters/Bachelors degree in Business from a reputed UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record;

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the banking Sector;
• Should have advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and knowledge;
• Minimum 2 years of working with Finacle (Core Banking Software) will be added advantage;
• Excellent computer literacy and conceptual understanding of banking/financial software;
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills to understand regulators’ requirements;
• Good proficiency in the English language;
• Analytical and decision-making skills;
• Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines;
• Have a thorough understanding of regulatory circulars and directives;
• 360-degree understanding of processes and core banking system;
• Sound technical skills to automate the process continuously.
