Job Responsibilities

• Identify potential collaborative partners for women entrepreneur business development;
• Manage the whole collaboration project, from initiation to the launch;
• Coordinate and assist the Product team in designing new products;
• Conduct pilot for new collaborations and existing products to test their feasibility;
• Initiate different marketing activities to promote TARA Uddokta;
• Identify opportunities for branding or co-branding with renowned entities;
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for taking necessary approvals for activities and projects;
• Manage the communication and marketing tools by coordinating with the marketing team;
• Communicate with stakeholders with reports and MIS of ongoing projects and their outcomes;
• Effectively manage stakeholders – both external and internal;
• Take initiatives to simplify the loan process to increase efficiency.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record;

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in marketing/PR management/ Communication/project management/channel development;
• Proactive, problem solver, and positive attitude;
• Good command in presentation and analysis;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Customer centricity, self-propelled, and capability to meet deadlines.
