Job Responsibilities

  • Assist to ensure updating of vehicles’ documents such as fitness, certificate, tax token, registration, insurance etc.
  • Assist to ensure proper maintenance of log books, vehicles’ movement and usage.
  • Update daily data such as leave, field visit and any report entry regarding the drivers.
  • Prepare drivers’ schedule reports, fuel consumption report, incident report, etc.
  • Assist to prepare Fuel bills, Project bills, Department bills and private bills & check regular employees’ applications regarding route changes/cancellations and requisition form properly fill- up and send to Finance Department.
  • Maintain transport software, check log book with fuel, toll, conveyance and food bill.
  • Keep record /history of accidents.

Educational Requirements

  • A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university

Additional Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant work experience (preferably in Transport Management)
  • Good knowledge and skills on vehicles’ documentation such as fitness, certificate, tax token, registration, insurance of vehicle documents by the Government authorities
  • Any computer course on MS office programs is preferred
  • Experience in working with transport management software operations
  • Expertise in computer office automation & report preparing
  • Analytical ability along with communication and negotiation skills
