Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts records including ledger, cash book, cheque, salary register, petty cash, invoice & vouchers
• Analyze and evaluate financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, cost sheets
• Engage in the activities related to the Finance & Accounts Department such as budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis etc.
• Take responsibility for properly keeping records of revenues, expenses, funds at hand & bank, general ledger, payable/receivable, payroll, etc.
• Good knowledge in accounting software, Excel & MS Office package.
• Maintain and administer company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, a proper reporting system for controlling and monitoring all financial transactions
• Take responsibility of company’s income Tax, TDS and VAT related activities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and year end closing and different kinds of financial report
• Good knowledge to face Internal & External audit

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Preferred Professional Certification: CACC,CA Part Qualified

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
