Job Context

We are looking for a Asst. Manager (HR) for Nasir Float Glass Ind. Ltd. at Dubail (Natiapara), Delduar, Tangail.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise the functions of HR under the guideline of Head of HR.
• Maintain all personal file with update documents under guidance of Head of HR.
• Control and maintenance of office transports.
• All work relating to internal discipline, coordination with District & Upazila administration.

Educational Requirements

• Masters/ MBA (HRM) from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 35 years
• 5 years practical experience in HR policy at any industrial organization.
• The selected applicant has to work at Nasir Float Glass Ind. Ltd. at Dubail (Natiapara), Delduar, Tangail.
