Job Responsibilities

• Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stocks at all times.
• Establish and implement warehouse management procedures, quality control processes and various KPI systems.
• Familiar with the project process, monitor and analyze data, and ensure the efficient operation of the system in the warehouse through data management.
• Implement and improve the warehouse’s rules and regulations and SOP.
• Improve the efficiency of the warehouse and ensure customer satisfaction by establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.
• Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues.
• Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
• Establish a timely and effective reporting procedure, submit weekly and monthly reports of various warehouse management reports, and conduct other operational analyses.
• Effectively handle cross-departmental complaints, provide feedback and perform service communication.
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Work closely with Merchandiser & Design Department.

• Post Graduate / Graduate from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Inventory/ Store Management, Warehouse Management
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments, Textile, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
