Job Context

Asst. Manager (Security & PR) – We are currently looking for an experienced “Public Relation Officer (PRO)” who will be responsible for maintaining liaison, networking & communication with different Government & Non-government organizations and institutions as well as handling organization security personnel.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for communicate with different Government Organization/ Non-Government Organization/ Public representative as per the need of the organization.
• Maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies (Police, RAB), different government agencies, Non-government agencies, and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation.
• Build a functional linkage with Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) and Insurance offices for the renewal of vehicles’ fitness certificates, Tax token and insurance etc.
• To monitor and supervise the overall management of security personnel at the head office of the company.
• To ensure the security personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly and dedicatedly.
• Any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
• Education may be relaxed in case of highly experienced retired persons from the Defense Service.

Experience Requirements

• 12 to 15 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
• Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
• Working under pressure.
• Retired defense person NCO (Corporal / Sergeant), warrant officer, Sr. warrant officer, will be given preference.
• Those who have work experience in RAB will get preference.
• Must have a valid driving (motorcycle) license.
