Job Responsibilities

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base.
• Analyze sales performance to review the marketing plan and monitor sales and also formulate counter plan for the field forces;
• Enable day to day business activities as well as business development initiatives through coordination with cross functional business leaders.

• Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 year(s)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• The applicants should have 3 years practical experience in the similar position in reputed courier & parcel service organizations.
• Fresher’s may also apply with IT background.
• Must have to lead a team to achieve monthly sales target.
• Highly motivated and capable to work in goal oriented stress condition.
