Have to keep the mentality for attending training & workshop at local & international organization assigned by company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission.
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Work with social platforms and publishers to identify new opportunities and develop innovative activations.
  • Deep understanding of social media metrics and data analysis, balanced with driving new audience growth.
  • Regularly contributes and presents strategy, learnings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Manage external agencies and oversee campaign strategy and lead creative ideation to deliver innovative, best-in-class campaigns for customers.
  • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
  • Monitor and analysis consumer reactions.
  • Devise innovative growth strategies.
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.

Employment Status


Educational Requirements

  • MBA / Master’s Degree in Marketing / Management or related field.
  • Professional Certifications in related fi¬eld will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • 5+ years’ experience in related filed.
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
  • Good command over English Language or any certification would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in email & verbal communication.
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor, a plus.
  • Microsoft Office & Basic Graphic Design knowledge (i.e.: Adobe Illustrator, Canva) is mandatory.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management.
