Job Responsibilities
Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
Shape and communicate our vision and mission.
Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
Work with social platforms and publishers to identify new opportunities and develop innovative activations.
Deep understanding of social media metrics and data analysis, balanced with driving new audience growth.
Regularly contributes and presents strategy, learnings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Manage external agencies and oversee campaign strategy and lead creative ideation to deliver innovative, best-in-class campaigns for customers.
Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
Monitor and analysis consumer reactions.
Devise innovative growth strategies.
Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.

Educational Requirements
MBA / Master’s Degree in Marketing / Management or related field.
Professional Certifications in related fi¬eld will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements

5+ years’ experience in related filed.
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
Good command over English Language or any certification would be an added advantage.
Proficiency in email & verbal communication.
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor, a plus.
Microsoft Office & Basic Graphic Design knowledge (i.e.: Adobe Illustrator, Canva) is mandatory.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management.
