• Position: Call Center Agent/Marketing Executive
• About The Job: Mirpur Club wants to ensure all seven services to their members inside the community. So we are looking for hiring experienced Call Agent and Marketing Executive to ensure the services. In this position, the candidate will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing & sales plans, and creative planning and execution of all the marketing campaigns of the concern under the platform.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain best possible relations with the members and clients.
• Manage and maintain the club and company owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email.
• Analyze all digital records and develop plants to improve services to the members and clients.
• Implementing and managing all social media accounts. Expertise on Social Media platforms Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, YouTube marketing, etc. to manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
• Develop relevant content, publish in digital channels, and regularly maintain the channels (Social media, web, email, etc.) to reach the members are target customers.
• Creative planning and designing for all the digital marketing campaigns. Good Graphics designing knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a must.
• Creative planning and execution of all the Facebook marketing campaigns by using Facebook Ads manager, including good knowledge of conversion ads, lead ads, and understanding of Facebook pixel for retargeting ads.
• Must have experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Webpage admin panel management and control uploading capacities with basic website development
