Impel Service and Solutions Ltd., one of the largest BPO organizations in Bangladesh, is looking for some dynamic and smart candidates for one of its international call center processes (USA based). Candidate should have the mindset to work night shifts along with a professional level grab on English communication.
Job Responsibilities
Need to receive inbound and generate outbound calls for appointment booking purposes.
Sending and replying to emails to customers.
9 hours work shifts between 7 PM-7 AM.
Working days: Monday-Friday (incl. Govt. Holiday).
Candidates with an American/British/Australian accent will get the preference.
