Job Description



Job Responsibilities

  • Receive Inbound Calls or Make Outbound Calls/ telesales/ telemarketing calls.
  • Explaining ideas and information to customers.
  • Dealing with customer file, records etc.
  • Full-time work with 9 hrs shifting duty.
  • Able to work in any shifts (day/evening/night shifts)
  • Should be able to convince people over phone.

  • HSC

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 18 to 25 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Must have good oral communication skills.
  • Should be able to handle telephone or e-mail inquiries.
  • Expertise in Ms-Office (Ms-Word & Ms-Excel) operation is a must.
  • Social media interaction skill.
  • Candidates residing adjacent to Uttara/ Khilkhet/ Tongi area will get preference.

Job Location



    Tk. 9000 – 11000 (Monthly)
