Job Responsibilities

CARSA Foundation is currently looking for some dedicated and career-driven people who have the mentality to work in rural-coastal areas of Bangladesh (Barishal), under its newly launched a project titled ‘Recovery and Advancement of Informal Sector Employment (RAISE)’ jointly financed by the Government of Bangladesh and Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF). The goal of the project is to provide services that can enhance earning opportunities for low-income urban youth, and urban youth impacted by COVID-19.

Educational Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work/Social Welfare/Sociology/Psychology/Clinical Psychology/ Educational Psychology/Education from any Govt. Approved University;

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 45 years
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Case Management/Psychosocial Counseling/Information Management/Training in the development organization.
• More than One 3rd Division/Class in examinations will not be accepted.
• Training in Case Management, Counseling. Entrepreneurship Development Management Information Systems (MIS) will be treated as extra quality;
• Required to have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English & Bangla;
• Should have Good operating skills in Microsoft Office package.
• All Candidates should have Good operating skills in Microsoft Office Package & have excellent communication and report writing skills both in Bangla and English;

Salary

• Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
• 45,000/- (inclusive of all applicable Tax as per the low of Bangladesh)
