Job Responsibilities

• To oversee construction project work from conception to completion
• To prepare BOQ and estimate for construction work
• To coordinate with internal and external stakeholders related to construction work
• To ensure safety, quality, and compliance are in place
• To study the structural, architectural and other design/drawing pertinent to project and execute construction work accordingly
• To prepare and maintain construction work schedule
• Quantity surveying and scrutinizing bills
• Reporting and presenting construction work plan, progress, etc.

• Diploma in Civil, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

• At least 8 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 30 years
• At least 8 years of proven work experience in construction work including but not limited to RCC building, Steel structure, land development, process plant, and other industrial facilities
• Should have experience in preparing layout and work schedule utilizing related software
• Should be experienced in construction work compliance / regulatory approvals
• Should have experience to coordinate with Consultant, Architect, and other stakeholders
