Job Context

We are looking for a Civil Engineer (Project Manager) for our ongoing and upcoming project with experience in the field of construction and engineering area as well as analytical and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain overall project delivery plan, including the cost, schedule, quality and performance baseline.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
• Identify required resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
• Establish and maintain communication protocols across the project, including from internal departments and other stakeholders.
• Manage the bid and evaluation or required project consultants and contractors, including coordinating required management approvals.
• Coordinate authority, third party and stakeholder interfaces such as Project Approvals.
• Communicate and report internally on project status, including weekly and monthly project dashboards.
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure all health and safety standards and report issues.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Civil Engineering, construction project Management

Additional Requirements

• Age 35 to 50 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• 5-7 years experience in any reputed construction or engineering company.
• The applicant should have experience in the area of Civil Construction, Construction Cost Estimation, and Project Management.
• A team player with leadership abilities, excellent organizational and time management skill
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
